FIREWORKS!!!...magical explosions of light and color painted on the night sky. Independence Day celebrations usually offer the best opportunity to enjoy fireworks. As I viewed fireworks this year and reviewed my photos, my imagination saw the fireworks as flowers...firey blossoms exploding to life, colored by ignited chemical elements--red strontium, green barium, white magnesium, and blue copper. These pyrotechnics were photographed at Little Rock AFB, Arkansas. Please enjoy my visions of fireworks...
